Continuous motion sachet machine is designed for filling non-free flowing powder products such as 3in1 coffee, powdered coffee, cosmetic powder, spices, supplement powder, chemical powder products into four side sealed sachet up to 12 lines with minimum 50 mm sachet width and 1200mm maximum web width. Simplicity in design and fixed width allow efficient run with easy to use feature. Individual servo driven auger screws allow to adjust each line separately to get the highest filling accuracy. Time saving auger filler disassemble design with fully clear poly carbon hopper lids helps to clean hopper and auger screws very fast and see the product in the hopper any time. Continuous motion sachet machine has an advanced controlling software by HMI with its motion controlling technology included as standard. It can reach up to 50-60 cycles/minute speed maximum.
